Lens stuck. Message on screen : Turn camera of, remove lens cap, or re

Lens will not move. Error message reads: Turn camera off, remove lens cap or obstruction and turn the camera on.

My lens cap is NOT on and I’ve replaced batteries. This has happened 3 X. The first time I’d only had this refurbished camera for days. I sent it back and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. The process of shipping must have jarred it loose. 2nd time I jarred it a tiny bit and it fixed it. This time I can’t get it to work. HELP
