Printer will not print.

I have an HP PhotoSmart C4385 all-in-one. Won’t print. In printer properties the box is checked for offline. Does this need to be online? I tried to uncheck but it will not. Don’t know why it is not printing. I’ve unplugged from the outlet for about 30 min and that did not work. Thanks.

Hi,

How is the printer connected to the computer, via USB cable or WiFi network?

Has the printer worked OK before using the same setup?

If via WiFi have you checked that it is connected to the network OK?

If not try resetting your wireless router (power the router off and on) and check if the printer is now connected
