iPhone 8 screen flicker while boot up

I am using an iPhone 8 plus with iOS 11.4.1 and recently I found that when I turn my phone on, when the screen with the Apple logo comes, some horizontal white dotted lines are shown in the black background. These cannot be seen if I am in a bright environment. The lines are so thin and disappear quickly. The position that the lines lay is random. So I guess the problem is not with the display. One of my friends said that he has this issue with his iPhone 8 plus and that's when I checked my phone and found out that I am also having the same issue.


Is this something normal that everybody experiences, or is it a software or any other hardware issue?

I would suspect the screen if only because that is the most likely scenario for most image related issues. If your phone is still under warranty, then drop by the Apple store to have it looked at. If it’s not, then you have to decide whether this bothers you enough to pay someone to try another screen.

back up ur iPhone and restore the phone its should solve the issue

Hi! I also have iphone 8 plus and experiencing the same issue. My phone is under warranty and went to the service center TWICE. I have video and photos as proofs. At first they said that they cannot replicate the problem so they returned it after 2 days. I told them to check it again. So extended but yet they say no signs. Then i got my phone back. The night i got my phone back, there is a glitch again while using then i tried to turn it off. Then on the boot up, it shows again, The lines! So i tried it again for 3 tries with a video. Then went to the service center again. And i left my phone, they said again that there is nothing wrong. And if not satisfied with their service, call directly to apple. Then i left my phone there for almost 2 weeks. And at the END, NOTHING. Apple told me to wait for another software update “it might fix it”.

They also tried “everything”. Restore, reset, re download the software and still, the lines are still there. The lines shows intermittently
