PS2 disc read error

Hello everyone, i have problem with my PS2, it stopped reading discs, this happened when i was playing Tekken 5 (original disc) and while playing, i proceeded to the next stage and then just stopped at the character pictures, i waited for long time and nothing and so i restarted my PS2 and it didn't read the disc, i tried another original disc and nothing, i tried a blue disc (the other ones were silver) and it worked but it stucked at the first text screen, so that means it still can read blue discs but will stuck at the first loading

I tried all my original DVDs and nothing, i opened the PS2 and tried to see if i can fix it, there wasn't a lot of dusts and cleaned the laser eye (the thing that the red laser comes out from) and nothing, i tried turn the two white gears and still nothing

but i noticed something, when i put a silver disc the laser eye starts going up and down inside and makes the clicking sound, a soft one so i think this could lead me to my main problem

My model number is SCPH-50004, very similar to the SCPH-50001

So any help please ?
