My phone won't turn on after back glass replacement?

I went ahead and replaced the back glass case on my G S8 plus… according to instruction.. it was working fine before, but I just wanted to get the cracked glass fixed.

Now everything is back together and the phone won’t turn on… it makes all the sounds like before, but the screen is black, nothing shows… I’m really disappointed.. I loved my phone….
