a/c fan not working
the fan for the a/c / vent has stopped working on positions 1 & 2….but does work on hi. how do I get the cover plate off so I can look around and trouble shoot? what’s the best guess as to the problem?

The blower resistors for the two lower speed settings are probably failed. Most makers place these resistors in the heat/AC plenum box to get lots of air flow over them to resist burning the resistors out but ultimately many of them will eventually fail.
