Hi,
Go to your landline phone service provider’s website and search for “how to activate/deactivate call forwarding”.
It appears that each service provider may use a different code that has to be dialed for the feature.

As jayeff said, Call Forwarding is not a function of the phone; it is a function of your phone service.
You can have any phone and use call forwarding; but you can't use call forwarding if your phone company hasn't turned that feature on for your phone number.
