iPhone 6s - SK hynix NAND Flash Memory - What storage size?
Hi guys.
I'm trying to figure out how much storage is this SK hynix NAND Flash Memory.
Is there a way of telling from the code? H23QFG8PG1MCS.

That would be a 64GB NAND (512GB / 8 bits).

For future reference, how did you come to that conclusion? Where did the 8 bits come from?
Memory can be measured in bit or bytes. Manufacturers like to quote in bits and users like to know how many bytes (as in words). The IC you refer has 512Gb; notice the lower case b - standing for Gigabits. If you want to know how many bytes, then you divide by 8 (1 byte equals 8 bits).
