Replaced Digitizer charge port and battery

Hi all I recently did a repair on this device and replaced the charge port battery and LCD I have Drok USB tester which tells me total volts and AMPS I was able to run a capacity test on the new battery and its over 95% but I get no power and the tester says its only pulling 0.01 of an amp then dropping to 0 every one second there are no signs of damage on the mother board but the charge port was burnt. Before the repair it was pulling no amps and still not responding
