How to repair Samsung J2 Galaxy system?

there are something wrong with my Samsung J2 Prime Galaxy system. Even after i reset (factory reset) my phone several times and reboot, the problem are still the same. the problem usually 'unfortunately, the system UI stopped, your whatsapp stopped'. There are something wrong with the system. anyone can help me please.
