Unable to Power Up - Macsafe with Lights - No Liquid damage

Hi,

My Early 2014 Macbook Air died off while I walk off.

No water damage, no drop, no special event which leads to this issue.

Tried many many methods found on net like reset SMC, PRAM, plug battery off, plug SSD off, etc.

When I plug in macsafe, there is green light.

When I plug out the battery and plug in macsafe, there is a orange light.

Does this sounds like a logic board failure?
