Why am I unable to get volume on my tablet?

Hi, the voulme was working just fine about 4 days ago...

My daughter was able to hear on both putlocker and youtube then but one day after the volume was only heard on putlooker and not youtube.

Now it is not heard at all..

I tried to put the tablet into safemode but this never got accomplished as the table kept rebooting and going straight to the home screen.
