Audio ic not working
If you call me my phone will ring normally but upon receiving the call you can’t hear me neither can I hear you....Do you replace the audio ic? If you do how will I get in touch?

iFixit does not offer phone repairs as a service. They sell replacement parts and tools.
You will need to look for someone locally in your area that does board-level repairs or micro soldering for iPhones.
If you can't find any near you, consider looking for a reputable store online that does mail-in services for iPhones.
