Can I use nand flash from a Icloud locked device?

So, my 64 GB iPhone 6 died not feeling to bad about it until I remembered I have no backups on Icloud or my computer. So all I would like to know is can I replace the 64 GB nand flash from my iPhone 6 that is bent (non damage to the nand flash). I can get the reader writer from china or somewhere all I need to know is if it is possible to do without wasting my time and getting stuck on an icloud locked phone...

The NAND is encrypted and code-locked to the logic board. Even if you remove it, you can't read it. Transferring another NAND IC to your phone (or moving your NAND to a working device) won't help you recover the data. The only way to recover the data is to try and get the phone working.

If data isn't your concern, then you have to write the proper metadata to the NAND and that requires a programmer like the Naviplus Pro 3000. If you want to do this for yourself, it will not be cost effective.

probably cheaper sending it to someone to see if they can get it to work for data recovery
