No response when control buttons pressed

It is actually an Elite He3t model. When I press a cycle button, nothing happens at all. No buzzing noises either. Breaker is not tripped. I do not own an electrical meter to test. However I had just finished a load and way ready to begin another when the first completed its cycle.
