i plug in my 39" Samsung led tv . red light blinks at the same rate the black lights are flashing like a camera. Will not turn on.
If i unplug the led back lights the Tv will turn on, Sound, if i use a flash light i have a dark picture.. Then if i plug in the led back lights in the tv turns off.
What is my fix? bad led? bad power source?

This can be a bad power supply for the LEDs, a bad LED strip or even just a single bad LED. In any case, further investigation will be necessary. I would first suspect a bad LED. If the voltage on the LED line is too high or too low, the safety circuits will kick in and shut down the LEDs. Post the model number of your set and I can provide part numbers etc.
