2 Boot loop and no display or backlight. Need Help!
Purchased phone this way thinking just had bad filter but lcd and backlight filters okay.
So searched for capacitor short and almost all the capacitors around the GPU show short. At "TP1100" I am getting 12 Ohms and at "TP1120" I get around 30 Ohms. Its really strange and I'm not sure what to look at next. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Not 100% sure on boot loop since there is no display but when I hook it to power supply and hit the power button current draw is typical for booting but never steadies and phone doesn't beep or vibrate.
