I have a ZTE N800 How can I open my phone when I get continuous popups of: Unfortunately ___(fill in the blank) has stopped? I've held the volume down and power to reset but it shows up as soon as it opens and I can't get around it. Does this mean I should stop the run around and just get another phone? Thanks

Hello Karla,
Try booting into your phone's BIOS before it fully starts up. You might be able to do a factory reset from there. That may help with the android popup errors. If worse comes to worse, you may just have to go buy another phone.

how do I boot into the BIOS? I held the power and vol down then the google droid comes out and I click on wipe data/ factory reset and when all is good it shows the popups

According to ZTE, you can master reset without the OS starting by doing the following.
1. Turn off device
2. Hold Volume Up and Power buttons until ZTE Logo appears, then release.
3. Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
4. Press the Power button to select.
5. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until "Yes -- Delete all user data"
6. Press the Power button to select.
7. Wait as the device resets.
