hello. I have an iphone 6s plus whose screen is completely shattered with colored lines displayed on the screen and want to save the pictures which are in my phone on my laptop while deleting them on my phone. Can someone please tell me how to do it?

You could try to connect your phone to an iTunes enabled computer. If you have previously "Trusted" that computer and have no PIN/password to unlock the phone, you will be able to backup the phone.
However, if your phone is password protected or if you never trusted your computer before, then you will need to repair the phone to get access to the data. In your case it just sounds like a bad screen so you can either bring it to a shop or try replacing it yourself by following this guide.
