My son had factory reset my phone and now I can't get in when I put my Google account in. How can I get it to work

You will need to search up how to bypass google account for that phone, you can find guides on YouTube / Google search.

sounds like you have a frp tripped. if you know what your doing you can bypass it (not recommended) but you can find forums on how to do it.
