Is this a problem with the DC connector?

I have a Macbook Pro 15-inch retina with No Power & and no green light on the charger.

The voltage from connectors 1 & 2 oscillates between 0.18V and 0.42V

The voltage from 3,4,5 & 6 is 0.

I tried to plug a known good DC board so the problem doesn't come from the DC board.

Since the voltages are bad for all pins, does that mean the problem comes from the DC connector itself?

I'm a bit confused, the other DC In-board was also failing?

I would look at the MagSafe charger and its connector. Here's a good reference: Apple Portables: Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters. Do make sure you have the correct charger as well.

You may also have a bad DC In-board. You only want to test the four outer pins the middle pin is the one wire comm between the adapter the SMC. It is sensitive to ESD and high current so you don't want to short it! Here's a bit more: Teardown and exploration of Apple's Magsafe connector

Hi again, thanks for your response. I just changed the DC board and now there is normal voltage on the pins of the DC connector, but no green light, no power and no charging. Seems like I need to troubleshoot the SMC, Adapter Sense etc
