Lcd replacement sold by ifixit?
Does ifixit sell the LCD for an iPad 5? I only see the screen and digitizer, but those are both fine on mine, the lcd is shattered internally. A 30lb gorilla was jumping on it while watching cartoons

You can use the iPad Air LCD in the iPad 5, they are compatible (several vendor sites confirm this).

Yah I've seen in the tare down that they said they put in the lcd and screen from the air in to the 5 and that it "worked" but it kinda gave me the impression that it wasn't 100%. Like maybe not as bright or something, and the fact they don't list the 5 as compatible with the lcd in the listing like they do with the screen/digitizer made me question if I should be looking for something else.
