cracked screen, can the glass be replaced with a series 2 glass?
My glass has a hair line crack, display works, can I replace my series 3 glass with series 2 glass? Just the glass not the LCD

Can't replace the crystal alone as the OLED screen is glued to it. You'll need to replace the complete assembly.

Ive been searching for replacement screens on-line, and Im striking out, any ideas?
When did you buy your watch? Did you get AppleCare + when you bought the watch? If you did it would be covered under it (plus a small fee).
If not I think you'll need to just give Apple a try. Get an estimate first! As the watch is so new getting parts will take some time to get into the pipeline. I will warn you, don't to get the watch wet in this condition as that could kill it.
