Hi,
Just replaced de iPad battery, and placed back the logic board and LCD. After that I wanted to test the LCD, and this worked out fine. But now I need to turn the iPad off again, to place the screen.
How do I turn the iPad off without a touch screen and home button?

Lift up the connection from the battery.
To do this you will need to lift up the logic board until it stops touching the battery connector with the battery.
The logic board is pretty much stuck down by adhesive so you can keep lifting up the logic board near battery connector with your fingernails and loosen it.
Once it stops contacting with the battery, the iPad will be off, put something like a guitar pick to stop it from connecting again.

No risk. Metal prying tools are not being used to do this.
