Xiaomi Mi5s wont boot at all

Hi guys,

i flashed another rom onto my Mi5s, after flashing it doesnt boot at all, the device cant be identified on my PC, no signals from the LED or the screen. Xiaomi Flash says "can not read from port COMxx"

Bootloader and Recovery Mode wont boot!
