Why is my blackberry always rebooting after the red light blinks twice

My blackberry z10 goes off after the blackberry screen and then the red light blinks twice and continues the same thing all over again and again. Please i need a solution to this

You might want to back up your data, then do a full security wipe and re-load the operating system. It's a pain but often gets your Z10 back to full working order. A chance to prune applications and old data, too, not a bad thing.
