3D Touch on replacement screen

Hello Ifixit! My question is that if your replacement screens have the same 3D Touch feature on them. I always use that feature on my phone and well I think it’s very useful. Another question by the way, also related to the screen, is that what do you think...should I replace my screen because I have like white splotches on it. So like when I open an app like YouTube with its white background I can see them much more than on a dark background. One more thing is that well I don’t think it’s water damage because in Apple website they say it’s more of some foreign thing intruding the LCD. Also what do you think is causing this? Should I replace?
