Need help with getting to second page of icons

Hi I purchased a Alcatel one yesterday. My daughter is visual impaired. I turned on the talk and I need to get to the second page of icons so I can turn it off. I need to add her contacts to the new phone. After that I can turn it back on so she can use her new phone.
