Why did my sound suddenly go out?

Bought this in a Boost store less than 5 days ago and suddenly no sound. How do i fix it without sending it in?

What sounds are you asking about?

Notifications, ringtones, music, all sounds.

Have you 'muted' the phone at all?

What have you checked?
