Lenovo Ideapad 320S 14IKB81BN screen upgrade possible?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 320S 14IKB 81BN that comes with two different display specs, i.e. the 720p and the 1080p. Unfortunately, I have the 720p version, and I am wondering if it is possible to upgrade to the 1080p display myself, by just buying the LCD screen of the 1080p model?
