Contacts was can't successful for saving in my Lenovo vibe k5 mobile and saved contacts was not showing

There fault appears some system is running anonymously so once restart the phone and try.Sometime simcard problem also casus such error.If all do and the still same simply factory reset the phone be careful don`t forget to backup the important file.After factory reset all data might be gone.
