Need a guide to get the Xbox One Kinect to work with Xbox One S/X/PC?

I created a guide to convert the Xbox One Kinect to be used without buying the very expensive discontinued adapter for the One S/X or PC. This can also assist anyone who is looking to use longer cables for various projects (robotics, 3D scanning setups, etc.).
