Keyboard or trackpad problem?
Whenever I disconnect the trackpad ribbon I am able to power my unit.
Does this sound like the ribbon is defective causing a short?
I am able to power the unit when I click the power button, however, I am not able to power down the unit when I hold button.
Does this sound like a faulty ribbon? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Did this system have a liquid spill onto the keyboard and/or trackpad or did someone use a spray cleaner directly on the uppercase?
