Why Is My Keyboard lagging

Help Me Please My Keyboard Lags Everytime I Launch A Game Or Something Like That

My Keyboards Lags It Types Very Slow It Responds Slow.

Also I Tried To Fix The Problem By Buying A Gaming Keyboard But it Didnt Work Also I Tried To Format My Laptop It Fixed It For A Couple Weeks But Then My Keyboard Ended Up With The Same Problem.

Please Help Me Can I Fix It?
