HELP! - Don´t turn on after replace battery, charging and main board!

Hi

Tablet only displays battery charge when plugged for a while, after that, then the screen turns off and no response, not turn on.

Replace first the battery, after that the charge board, after that main board but the same problem.

What am I doing wrong?
