My phone won't turn on
I have a samsung galaxy A5. A couple of hours ago it just randomly switched off and when I tried to turn it on again it got stuck on the screen where it says "samsung" Been that way a couple of hours now. The battery's not dead and I've already tried holding down volume up + power button and volume up + power button + homescreen button. Nothing seems to be working, can anyone help me?
