Why my Psvita when turn on wifi. didnt detect any wifi around?

after i turn on the wifi mean tick the wifi, access point didnt pop out all the wifi nearby. i have 2 vita. the other one no problem. Mean, my router or moderm should be no problem here. if psvita is defect, what item should i change. thanx for the answer
