How to back up phone if unable to touch screen?

So I'm assuming my IC chips have gone ballistic and so I'm trying to backup the phone for whenever I get a new one or go to get it repaired. I am unable to touch the screen therefore I cannot unlock the phone and trust the computer in order for it to be backed up through itunes. How, if possible, can I back up my phone?
