I have done everything from Resetting to Uninstalling and nothing is working...I downloaded the lastest Network Adapters (Qualcomm Atheros) but it keeps disconnecting with an exclamation point...If I connect with my LAN cable I get WiFi but wirelessly I get nothing, I have to keep repairing & modifying the Qualcomm Atheros in order to get some connection but it lasts only a short time than restarts with error messages

The WiFi card in your laptop may be faulty or its connector contacts may need cleaning with Isopropyl Alcohol 90%+ (IPA 90%+ available at most pharmacies)
Here is a video that shows how to open an Acer E15 laptop to access the WiFi card.
If you need to replace it, use the information printed on the card itself, to search online for suppliers of replacement cards.
