Vibration is louder and longer. Network seems weak. Why?

My iPhone 5 Vibrator seems off (Vibrates longer and stronger) for example, when charge, or a phone call, it does not have the beat but instead a long vibrates which sounds uncomfortable.

Second, Network is weak sometimes. 4G also weak although full bar.

Thirdly, When on call, have to use loudspeaker.

What's happening guys, and what is recommended to do?
