Replaced LCD, when turned on, load screen keeps cycling on and off.

I replaced my lcd screen. I have re- assembled a few times to make sur that it is connected properly. When i plug in the charger, the start screen comes on but then the phone keeps cycling on and off to the start screen. Any help is appreciated.
