Resed Error - Walknbook W1 Mini

Hi sir ,

I have Walknbook W1 Mini Tablet.

And i resed the tab

And after that it showing blue color screen display with this this text

Then i can't able to touch the Yes and No button and not working with the otg cable too whats the solution dear ????????????
