Running lights will not go off unless I disconnect the battery

I have a 1999 Honda Accord I took out the airbags cuz they we're discharged %#*@ kids did something to set it off but anyways and put the steering wheel back together didn't touch the headlight switch and now the parking lights front and rear stay on only way to turn them off is just disconnecting the battery I've checked for wire shorting out I simply cannot find anything help Big John
