I need my tablet reset
I just purchased one from the pawn shop and it keeps telling me to sign in with the user accounts previously synced to the tablet, i have done the factory reset and everything. Can anyone help? Anyone know how to fix this?

It has not worked
I'm having this exact same problem...ugh!! Did you ever manage to figure out to reset your tablet completely or somehow work around this issue or what did you do?? Someone please help me ASAP!!??!!

Please help did you ever find a way to reset your tablet we got ours at a pawn shop and have done everything we have been told and it still ask for the previous email or phone number we don't know it how did you get it done
