My Blu-ray Disc won’t play it makes a kind of noise when I hit play. The disc is new never been played and the Blu-ray is new never played a disc on there either
Hi Crystal Dyer, Good day, test with another disk, e.g. dvd or cd if it works, if it does not work, and still making weird noises, send it to service, since you mentioned that it is new.
