Have you tried to 'reset' the tablet?
To reset the tablet press the Reset button for 1-2 seconds, then release the button . (usually an opened paper clip will work, be gentle when you insert it, you'll feel it operate when you push in the paperclip)
Then press and hold the Power button for 4-5 seconds to turn on the unit
