Why is the camera app not connecting to the camera?
Since I changed a the top module, my camera app is unable to connect to the camera. I can take photos with other apps, such as Facebook and Snapchat, but not with the camera app.

its possible there is something else that you need to do after change the module. try to reseat the module and see if it works after that.
