I typed my activation code too many times
I'm permanently locked out of my tablet because I typed the wrong access code too many times what do I do?

When you say access code, you mean the login password?
If this is the case, I only know one way how to do this and thats doing a factory reset.
I would look it up more but if you can't figure it out, just factory reset it, enter your google acc back on there and just download everything back, unless there stuff on there really important.
If wanting to do a factory reset then just do this-
