Broken connector for ribbon cable

While changing the battery, I followed the instructions to disconnect the ribbon cable. In the process of disconnecting, the piece that reconnects it came off of the mother board and broke. I am not sure that I am using the correct terms so here is a description. It is a very small black piece about 1 inch wide. I was supposed to slide the ribbon cable back into this and snap it shut. It came off and broke into two pieces. Can this broken piece be replaced?
