Decryption unsuccessful message HELP

Upon startup it asks for a password I put that in and then I get a message Decryption unsuccessful but the password is correct bit unfortunately your data is corrupt.

To resume using your tablet u need toi do a factory reset.

I do that bit it asks for the password and goes back to the same decryption unsuccessful screen how do I fix this?
